The Challenge
The Odessa facility stands as the cornerstone of Sonamu Energy’s national development platform—a fully permitted, 270-megawatt (MW) industrial complex strategically located in West Texas. Designed from inception to support high-performance computing, Bitcoin mining, and enterprise-grade data hosting, Odessa unites utility-scale energy infrastructure with rapid deployment capability in one of the most power-advantaged regions in North America.
With active interconnection approvals and a direct connection to ERCOT’s high-capacity transmission network, Odessa delivers power at 4–5¢ per kWh, enabling exceptional hosting margins and long-term scalability. The site’s first 65 MW phase is scheduled for energization within 12 months, with full buildout to 270 MW over the following 18 months—compressing a typical 3–5 year development timeline into less than two.
Odessa’s combination of regulatory readiness, market access, and physical infrastructure creates a turnkey platform for digital infrastructure deployment, positioning Sonamu Energy as a leading provider of power-to-computation solutions.
